- If the good is defective by the factory's production process. It would be able to change to a new product. (within 30 days after you receive the good)
- เIn the case of out-of-warranty good, There will be service fees as below:
- In the case of a pale setting, a peeling setting, a black or red setting. The setting needs to be plated
- Regular size of ring, earrings, necklace or bracelet. The fee is 350 thb/piece
- Large size of ring, earrings, necklace or bracelet. The fee is 1,000 thb/piece
- In the case of size adjustment, The fee is 350 thb/piece (the size could not be extended)
- In the case of a gemstone losing, the fee will depend on the gemstone size.
