Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, requests for refunds/replacements will be accepted up to 14 days after receipt of your good. While in your possession you must keep any products you intend to return to Merii in perfect condition with tags on.
WARRANTY
We offer 90-days warranty (from the date you receive the good.)

In the case of a damaged good, it needs to be sent for an inspection if there is any manufacturing damage. The customer is responsible for the delivery fees of the returned good or bring the good to Merii shop by yourself.
Warranty terms and conditions
If the good is defective by the factory's production process. It would be able to change to a new product. (within 90 days after you receive the good)
In the case of out-of-warranty good
There will be service fees as below:
– Ring: 450 THB per time
– Earrings: 500 THB per time
– Bracelet, Bangle: 500 THB per time
– Pendant with chain: 800 THB per time
– Necklace: 1,000 THB per time
- Size reduction by 1 size – Service fee 450 THB.
- Size reduction by 2–3 sizes – Service fee 550 THB.
- Size increase by 1 size – Service fee 550 THB.
- Size increase by 2–3 sizes – Service fee 650 THB.
- CZ stone replacement in case of stone loss – Service fee from 350 THB and above, depending on the CZ stone size.
