Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, requests for refunds/replacements will be accepted up to 14 days after receipt of your good. While in your possession you must keep any products you intend to return to Merii in perfect condition with tags on.

WARRANTY

We offer 90-days warranty (from the date you receive the good.)

* In the case of a damaged good, it needs to be sent for an inspection if there is any manufacturing damage. The customer is responsible for the delivery fees of the returned good or bring the good to Merii shop by yourself.

Warranty terms and conditions

  • If the good is defective by the factory's production process. It would be able to change to a new product. (within 30 days after you receive the good)
  • เIn the case of out-of-warranty good, There will be service fees as below:
    • In the case of a pale setting, a peeling setting, a black or red setting. The setting needs to be plated
      • Regular size of ring, earrings, necklace or bracelet. The fee is 350 thb/piece
      • Large size of ring, earrings, necklace or bracelet. The fee is 1,000 thb/piece
    • In the case of size adjustment, The fee is 350 thb/piece (the size could not be extended)
    • In the case of a gemstone losing, the fee will depend on the gemstone size.
  • We offer free cleaning at every branch of Merii shop or send the good to the following  address (The customer is responsible for the delivery fees)
