- If the good is defective by the factory's production process. It would be able to change to a new product. (within 30 days after you receive the good)
- In the case of out-of-warranty good
- There will be service fees as below:
– Ring: 450 THB per time
– Earrings: 500 THB per time
– Bracelet, Bangle: 500 THB per time
– Pendant with chain: 500 THB per time
– Necklace: 1,000 THB per time - Resizing costs 450–650 THB per piece. Availability depends on the design and required size adjustment. Please contact our staff for advice
- In case of gemstone losing, the repair cost starts at 350 THB and may vary depending on the size and quantity of the stones
- There will be service fees as below:
